When people ask me what I do for a living, I tell them that I sell learning to senior executives that will grow their people and business. That usually either gets a chuckle or a raised eyebrow. Then I say in a more serious tone; I align Talent & Development strategy to the business strategy, so that our people are performing at the highest level on the activities that drive the business forward.
