Project Name: Verifone Client VERIFONE, U.K
Description: Leading global provider of technology, that enables electronic payment transactions and value-
added services at the point of sale. System solutions process a wide range of payment types, including
signature and PIN-based debit cards, credit cards, contactless/radio frequency identification cards, smart
cards, pre-paid gift and other stored-value cards, electronic bill payment, check authorization and conversion,
signature capture and electronic benefits transfer, or EBT. VeriFone have their business driven through Oracle
Apps. The module includes SCM modules and Finance modules. The main scope of the project is to provide
production support to drive their business in an efficient and effective manner.
Projects involve several versions of the latest software libraries that are used by various new POS
technologies that will be released to the current market and provide a wide range of POS functionalities for
small, medium, and enterprise business needs.
They deal with the point of sale equipment commonly known as POS.
-VeriFone is in to Card processing industry and has many clients in U.S.
-It supplied the E-POS Equipment to the clients (E.g. card Swipe machines, POS etc)
Roles: Performing the role for Ocius application as a manual testing.
Responsibilities of Manual Testing:

Project Pan Asia billing system (PABS) Client: Deutsche Bank,
Description: Regional Billing System is Deutsche Bank’s Billing System product for corporate customers.
This application consists of two main consoles.
a) Billing System is developed to consolidate all billing applications under one system, which acts as a
one stop shop for all billing related activities. This system is designed to be generic, robust, scalable which
helps different countries to send input and receive output in their own formats with minimal configuration in
Billing system and without any change in their processing system.
b) Unit Costing is developed to consolidate all billing related reports like basic volume report, detailed
volume report, basic revenue report, detailed revenue report, account report, transaction report etc.
PABS is a client server based Java application with oracle 11g as the database. PABS backend creates the
invoice on monthly or quarterly basis based on the format requested by client.

shop for all billing related activities. NCBE generates the bill based transaction reports in predefined schema
validated in shell scripts.

for customer base having more than 400,000 post-paid subscribers. In the Second Enhancement we have
also worked on the GSM Pre paid subscribers are registered, activated, rated for the usage.
