Ideas
1. Tire yourself dancing so much that you can sleep right away.
2. Carry your own bed with you, sleep on the same travelling mattress at home
    and away from home.
3. Record the environment noise in your room and play it wherever you go.
4. If not able to sleep, distract yourself with activities in your room that will take
    your mind off the idea of not being able to sleep. (watching those around
    you).
5. Carry with you a blanket that electronically keeps your sleeping environment
    at the same temperature.
6. Bring your own pillow to the new place.
7. If you can dream, make your dreams come true, scare yourself to sleep or
    entertain yourself to sleep.
8. Record those around you sleeping/snoring to entertain yourself.
9. Don't sleep the night before so that you are very tired the next day.
10. Stick an ice pack to your blanket if it is too warm in the other place.

11. Stick a hot water bottle in your blanket if it is too cold.
12. Take sleeping pills
13. Listen audio books on indian mythology
14. Choose a hotel chain, stick to that hotel chain, buy the same bed they use.

18. Eat a lot so that you get tired.
19. Read the same book you were reading at your house.
20. Ensure you go to sleep later than usual so that you are sure that you will go
   to sleep.
21. Listen to a sleeping CD

23. Think of chores, and feel lazy so that you go to sleep.

   sleep on the floor or on another hard surface.
31. Have a huge pillow fight before going to sleep

56. Play games on your phone in order to take your mind off of not being able
   to sleep
57. Think about what you want to dream about until you fall asleep
58. Use your time to think through something important, like your work or
   something you have to plan, in order to tire your brain
59. Do your Creativity class homework in order to tire your brain

76. Watch news in a different language

94. Go to the sauna before sleeping
95. Visualize what you'll do the next day over and over until it mind too heavy
   to be up
96. Attend a night class that would have only 2 - 3 students with a teacher who
   is "in"famous for being monotonous in her lessons. Recommended
   Subjects: Geography, hindi literature
97. Think about a situation you are trying to escape in real life - sleep is an
   escapist tool ;)
98. Do not nap during the day if naps seem to worsen your insomnia
99. Do not exercise at night because your body will be active and will not sleep.
100. Bring your own linens
101. Drink Red Wine.
