Workplace wellbeing:
How to beat Fatigue
Feeling tired? It happens to
 everyone, even the healthiest of
              people.
There are several different reasons
 you could be dealing with fatigue
#1 Consider Caffeine
Caffeine can actually be good for you
when taken appropriately. If you're
drinking a 12-pack of Coke a day then
it's not good. However, if you limit
yourself to one or two a day it's going
to help. Well, maybe not so much with
soda, but definitely with coffee.
#2 Better Sleep
All the stress from the day can take its
toll on how you sleep. Focus on going
to bed at a reasonable time where you
can get 6 to 8 hours of sleep. You will
wake up feeling energized.
#3 Take a Walk
Relieve some stress before bed, take a
walk after dinner. Notice we're not
telling you to go purchase a gym
membership. Instead just spend
about 20 minutes walking around the
block and your body will feel more
relaxed.
#4 Drink more Water
Once the body gets dehydrated it
starts bogging down. Our bodies are
made up of between 70% to 80%
water. Adding the H20 keeps you
lively and more productive. Plus it
makes your skin look better.
#5 Check your Lifestyle
Some people have lifestyles that wear
out their bodies. Those who stay out
partying all the time might consider
cutting it down a bit. Then again;
maybe you just need to be a little
more active. Go get outside and
enjoy the weather!
There are so many different ways to
beat fatigue we can't list them all.
The main focus should be on taking
care of yourself and your health.
We hope each and every one
of you can find the proper
regimen to stay healthy.

After all, if we don't have your
health, the only thing left is
severe fatigue.
