1. Welcome to the Georgia National Guard Community Relations Office Non-Aviation Static Display request
procedures. The Georgia National Guard is made up of both Army National Guard and Air National Guard units.
Typical static display requests include:
HMMWV or Hummer
HEMTT Truck
MTV Truck
Band Support
Color Guard Support
Soldiers to March in Parade (Usually come from the towns Armory)
To request Non-Aviation Assets:
1) The event coordinator will need to complete the DD 2536 (click to download) sign and date it.
2) Scan and e-mail the signed and dated DD 2536 to GaGuardPAO@gmail.com.
Once the Community Relations Office receives the signed and dated DD 2536, we will determine if your event is
eligible for support. If eligible, we will work with our units to see if there are assets available to support your
event in addition to supporting our ongoing operations. Once eligibility and asset availability are approved, we
will send the event coordinator confirmation of our support. If the event does not qualify or if assets are
unavailable, we will send a letter of regret.
Your signed and dated DD 2536 must be received 60 days prior to your event to gain approval.
