2. History
• The Gerald Peters Gallery was founded in 1972 in
Santa Fe, New Mexico to showcase Western art
styles prevalent in the area as well as works by
masters in America and Europe.
• In 1992, the Gerald Peters Gallery expanded to
New York City. It would move to a townhouse in
New York in 1997.
• The Santa Fe Gallery moved to the historic
Bandelier House in July 2014.

• The Gerald Peters Gallery in New York is located
at 24 East 78th Street, New York, New York 10075
and open M-F, 10-5.
• The gallery features works from the American
Impressionists, the Hudson River School, the
American Modernists, European masters, as well
as a variety of special exhibitions.
• The New York gallery has two floors of exhibition
space, a library, and private viewing rooms.
