2. PROJECT BACKGROUND
Happy Palace Shool in Pakistan participated in a virtual
exchange program hosted by Global Nomads Group. As
part of the program, our school collaborated with Scars
Dale Middle School in USA to develop solutions to the
challenges our communities face.
We decided to address the problem of Increasing
Garbage .
To do this, we created a [Awareness campaign + Action]

3. PROJECT OVER VIEW
 Now a days our community is facing a problem of increasing garbage
it can be clearly portrayed in different areas by large unpleasing ever
increasing loads of garbage.which is due to lack of scientific methods
and improper disposle . Government is working to tackle the
increasing amount of garbage , so we decided to aware our
community to how they can decrease the garbage and to teach them
different methods to how they can properly dispose it.
 We want make our city and school clean and keep everybody away
from environmental pollution and harmful diseases.
 People will learn different methods for disposing off the garbage
properly and learn how they can use the solid waste again to make
something new.

4. in happy palace we decided to do an action +
awareness program.for which we held meeting with
parents and teachers.we also held an art and craft
exhibition also in which students took part very well
and our teacher thought us how can we reuse the
solid waste.

5. we start the project by creating colour full
postors to be hang around the school.the we
decided the dates for the meeting with
parents.After that we start collecting materials
for our art and craft exhibition.

6. CHALLENGES
The biggest challenge for us was aware thoes
women who cannot come out of their homes so
went to their homes and thought them how they
can safely dispose off the garbage
Which will definitely help them to keep their family
save from harmful diseases.
We also wished to arrange a walk of awareness but
we were not allowed as per security issues.

9. OUR COLLABORATION
They want from us to send
them any easy pakistani
recipe for their soup
kitchen so we send them a
traditional dal chawal
recipe.
We asked our partner
school to select some good
title for our project but we
did not receive any
suggestion.

10. FINAL REFLECTIONS
With the help of our teacher
we conduct an Art and
Crafts exibition which was
successfully done by the
student of happy
palace.Parent learn how
RECYCLING can be helpful
in reducing solid waste
and also saves their money
too.
