5. Step2:
Assemble all Necessary Documents

1. For Student Partnership Program (SPP) category:
· SPP checklist: The Checklist as per the category visa filing. You can download this
online and attach it as a cover page to your Visa application
· A valid passport
· Completed application forms

6. Study Visa For Canada
· Two passport size photographs with a white background which should have your name
and date of birth printed. It must be the latest one, not more than 3 months old
· SOP
· LOR (If applicable)
· Medical certificate:When you apply for the Canadian study permit, you may be asked to
undergo medical test and submit the doctor’s certificate.

· If you are planning to study in Quebec, then you must apply for a certificate of
acceptance, generally known as a Certificated’ acceptation du Québec (CAQ) which is
issued by the government of Quebec. You can download the application form online or get

Application submission

you need to submit all the documents and application form along with the checklist to CIC

Step 4: Receive your Acknowledgement/Receipt
After submitting your applications, you will receive a receipt/acknowledgement through

10. Foreign Study in Canada
Canadian study visa allows you to work off-campus if the programme allows it and
as long as your academic results are satisfactory. After completing your studies,
you can apply for post study work permit and you may work part-time on-campus.
