The balance of the rewards and benefits that are
received by employees in return for their performance at
the workplace.
Organisations generally develop an EVP to provide a
consistent platform for employer brand communication
and experience management.

Organisations generally develop an EVP to provide a consistent platform for employer brand communication and experience management.
