Use visualisation to help you relax
At the beginning of your game
imagine you have an egg timer
full of concentration / focusing
powers but it only lasts for 90
minutes.
Imagine the focus in that timer trickling away
as you prepare and take your shot.

Each shot uses up a little bit more of the
focusing powers.
To save those powers you imagine that you turn the timer on its
side immediately after each shot and that is when you take the
time to relax.
