Years of experience in manufacturing industry:
 A competent professional with 2 Years 6 months of experience in Customer Support Quality –
Engine/Vehicle level support for the quality concerns (0km/warranty) related to Fuel Injection
Equipment’s (FIE) & other interfaces, Customer Handling (OEM), Root cause analysis, FIE Testing,
Vehicle level diagnostics.
 Presently working with Delphi TVS Diesel Systems Limited, Chennai as an Engineer in Customer
Support Quality.

India. Delphi – TVS Diesel Systems Ltd, is a joint venture between Delphi Corporation, USA and
T.V.Sundaram Iyengar & Sons, India manufacturing Diesel Fuel injection systems, invested over 400 Cores for
this project. It has got all latest manufacturing processes / systems in one place and handling highly precision
automobile components.
Technical competencies:
 Proficient knowledge on Fuel Injectors Equipment’s (HP Pump, Injector, Rail, Filter & Water sensor)
& its interface with engine.
 FIE system failed parts root cause analysis and hands on experience in FIE testing Equipment’s.
 Proficient knowledge on vehicle level diagnostics using hardware kits and Delphi-Visu software tool
for the failures related to FIE system & other interfaces.
 Proficient knowledge on internal combustion engines and sensors/actuators interfaced with Engine.
 Good knowledge in Production related documents as per ISO TS16949
Responsibilities:
 Day to day coordination with customers’ (Renault Nissan, Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland & M&M) for
the quality concern (0km/warranty) related issues.
 Root cause analysis (Brainstorming, Fish bone, Fault tree) for 0km concerns and sending
8D/CAPA/SCAP reports to customers as per their timeline.

2.  Maintain the document of 0km performance trends for customer wise, product wise, defect wise
(Rejection Trend, fire wall quality gate details).
 Preparing and presenting recent quality concerns & 0km quality performance for management.
 Manufacturing processes audits for the 8D actions and surprise line audits during 0km/warranty
quality concerns.
 CFT member in the yearly special activities like Leak activity, Systemic improvements & PFMEA
review to address the 0km concerns for RNAIPL.
 Coordinating customers audits and responsible for closure of audit observations.
 Internal LPA auditor.
 Validation failed parts analysis and sending reports to Engineering team.
 Warranty return parts root cause analysis and sending reports to customers as per their
requirement.
 Preparing Warranty Graph from base data from OEM & LIS/TVS - Cumulative Incidents per 1000
Vehicles (IPTV).
 Updating the failure phenomenon in Pareto master data in (product/Model/Application) wise &
implementing the robust Corrective action and releasing cutoff date for field failures under Guidance
of DDS Experts.
 CFT member for Technical support in field to support LIS/TVS service Engineers & OEM’s Tech
support persons on FIE system issues
 Ability to understand the different OEM’s Vehicle service history /Job card.
 Training the operators on various aspects to improve the skill matrix level.
