Foie Gras is the healthy liver of a robust adult duck raised traditionally
and specially fattened.
Mariscal & Sarroca range of foie gras come from farms in the
province of Teruel in the south of the Aragon region, a land where
the birds can grow in natural conditions.
Duck foie gras has a light caramel colour and strong flavour. It has
a very distinctive round flavour.
