visible for your employees. However, the
size depends on the posting.
EXAMPLE: The Occupational Safety and
Health Association (OSHA) Job Safety and
Health posting must be 8.5 by 14 inches to
be compliant.

NEEDS TO BE A SPECIFIC SIZE.
Most postings have font requirements, as well, because
they need to be easily readable.
EXAMPLE: The Occupational Safety and Health Association
(OSHA) Job Safety and Health posting must feature a
minimum 10-point font.
