1. EXCEC PROGRAM / NEGOCIATION / SOFT SKILLS
The EXEC Program on Negotiation and Soft Skills is designed to equip participants with theoretical
knowledge and practical tools that can be applied in real-life professional situations. While this training
may not provide all the answers to your specific challenges, it will provide you with the necessary skills
and advice to excel in critical moments of negotiation.
This program is tailored for high-performance executives and business partners who face complex and
challenging scenarios on a daily basis. The objective is clear: to enhance your toolbox with practical and
achievable solutions that will yield real results in your negotiation challenges.
At the end of this program, you will have a better-prepared and organized toolbox that will enable you
to navigate difficult situations with confidence and success.
The program is designed to last for 4 to 5 hours, with a couple of 15-minute breaks included. During the
last hour, there will be a dedicated time for participants to exchange experiences and provide feedback.
This will be a free and safe space where you can share your best practices and experiences, making it the
most valuable time of the program. The best way to learn in negotiation is to practice it.
As the group is multicultural, English will be the official language for the program. However, if any idea
or concern needs to be presented, participants are welcome to use their native language to increase
detail or ease communication.
