Casa di Ramsar was founded in 1989 as
part of the international convention on
wetlands.
It aims to educate and engage children
in biodiversity preservation and climate
change.
The volunteers work day to day to
preserve the natural beauties of
Trinitapoli and raise awareness about
environmental issues.
It’s activity is based upon the idea of
scientific environmentalism, which
means that every proposal for the
protection of the environment is
developed from a preliminar review of
scientific data
