I am looking forward to making an impact at UNDP as the new Career and Capacity Management Specialist. My goal is to support and to promote a self-driven and continuous learning culture through diverse HR initiatives and to help increase the capability of our staff across the globe. Prior to UNDP, I have served as Recruitment Officer at the IAEA and was responsible for creating a comprehensive Sourcing and Outreach strategy, including the unique Webinar Outreach Programme.
