All
will be able to import a music clip into
audacity
Most will be able to choose an appropriate
music clip, for the intended purpose of the
advert
Some will be able to organise the audacity
timeline so multiple sound clips run
simultaneously
4. Starter
Listen carefully to the sound effects played. (10 minutes)
On your whiteboard write what time of advert the sound
effect should be included in.
E.g. A person eating could be included into a advert
promoting a food product.
5. Activity One
Watch the video tutorial found on the ‘Lesson Five’ webpage
inside ‘main activity one’.
Using the skills developed from watching the video, use the
Audacity software to import an appropriate song into your radio
advert. (15 minutes)
6. Mini Plenary
I have create my own radio advert, but the song
plays first, followed by the voice over and finally
the sound effects are played.
I want all the sounds to play simultaneously.
