With more than 30 years in the field of collegiate education, Judith Hansen, PhD, has built an impressive career culminating in her current position as College Dean of the Community College of Qatar. After completing a Bachelor of Science at Iowa State University (ISU), Dr. Hansen spent two years with Virginia Beach City Public Schools as an instructor. While working toward her Master's degree and Doctor of Philosophy at ISU, Judith Hansen ran a successful farming business worth over $1 million, established the not-for-profit Korner Kanteen youth center, and taught General Education Development (GED) and English as a Second Language (ESL) classes at Iowa Western Community College (IWCC).
