- On “number of guest”, we put 550 rooms representing 550 guests staying in our hotel. In different situation, we may not have 100% occupancy – guest number will not be 550 even we have 100% because we accept up to 4 guests staying in a double-bed room. So, 550 will be a rough number we use on basic calculation.
- We are an Energy Star qualified building. We did improve our score from 64 to 86 (most updated) We do have a rule in our sustainable purchasing policy focusing on supporting Energy Starred electric powered products. We do support using clean energy by purchasing renewable energy credit.

- Supporting Energy Starred products is only a part of our sustainable purchasing policy. In this purchasing policy, we do also support recycle and eco-friendly products. We try to deliver green message to our guest by taking advantage in digital technology (big flat screen TV) instead of printing brochures/flyers.
- Recycle bins are everywhere within the hotel area, indoor, outdoor and back of the house. All garbage will be inspected and sorted at the loading dock. Don’t forget to mention the solar panel and recycle and diversion rate – 80%
