OBJECTIVE
My objective is to work in a place where I can utilize what I have learnt during years of experience, in
order to play a role not only to maintain, but also to improve the performance of the place which I'm
working in by implementing my knowledge and experience into it.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Maintenance
 Provided troubleshooting assistance to the maintenance skilled trades when assistance is needed.
 Supervised the drawing and control documentation in their area of supervision.
 Monitored and/or supervised Preventive Maintenance activities for their area of responsibility.
 Assisted in the development, documentation and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
for the equipment in their area of responsibility.
 Conducts weekly/Monthly Safety Meetings for the maintenance skilled trades groups.
 Ensured that the subordinates follow the safety rules and regulations as defined by EBC.
 Ensured that all maintenance employees follow the maintenance vacation guidelines as established by
Plant Management.
 Managed the Maintenance operations Improvement Program (MOIP) for their area of responsibility.
 Supervises the maintenance skilled trades (Fitters, Electricians, etc.) as they perform all maintenance
related activities in their area of responsibility.
 Followed up on obtaining parts/materials and performing all planning as required to perform
maintenance work orders in their area of responsibility.
 Monitored the equipment start-up after the preventive maintenance is performed in their shift
 Worked with production to establish priorities for work requests based on product demand and
management direction.
 Maintained an up-to-date work order status for their area of responsibility and provides weekly updates
to the Maintenance Manager, Production Manager and Plant Management.
 Identified and prioritized maintenance training needs for their area of responsibility. This information
would typically be forwarded to the Maintenance Manager and Training Coordinator..
 Performed Maintenance appraisals on the maintenance skilled trades.
