Will skills gaps be created that we’ll need to address? 1. HOW ARE THE NEEDS, WANTS AND EXPECTATIONS OF CUSTOMERS GOING TO CHANGE? Will the way we deliver our services look the same? How will this impact the existing roles and skills within our business and those of our customers? 2. HOW WILL THE PACE OF AUTOMATION AND DIGITALISATION, THAT HAS INCREASED IN MANY INDUSTRIES DURING THE CRISIS, MANIFEST ITSELF? What can we do to mitigate that? How will we tackle the need to enable people to access the skills training they will need to adapt their own careers to the new world? 3.
