Responsible for total private brand recap in sales and margin performance by Chanel. Developed recaps to track
daily sales, vendor rank by door and plans by door. Ensured plans by door were created and accurate through
collaboration with the merchant planning team. Simplified and built reports to support Private Brands.
Key Accomplishments:
Part of the Top 150 Door Committee: Charged with building assortment and financials for Top 150 doors.
Presented opportunity to grow Private Brands penetration in Dresses based on the stores total dress
performance in special sizes.

Supported VP with data and analysis to draw conclusions about opportunities, liabilities and follow-up execution
