current and new competitors in Private Brands. Present and make recommendations to CEO of Private Brands,
GVP’s and executive committee using analysis derived through Macy’s reporting systems, competitive intelligence
tools and NPD data. Facilitate as a subject matter expert for new reporting systems while continuing to work with
MST to build an automated in-depth daily sales reporting system. Involved in establishing a new replenishment
process to grow sales and increase turn and margin. Streamline reporting for ease of use across all areas of business.
Ensure reports are updated quarterly, seasonally and as needed as the business changes. Make recommendations to
grow Private Brands in stores based on sales and penetration opportunity.
Key Accomplishments:
 Increased key sweater buys in RTW by $2M based on analysis conclusions.
 Enhanced OTD retail tickets by comparison recommendations of 1st ticket AUR vs Sales AUR.
 Recommended adding Plus Sizes to the RTW floor in prototype store to launch spring 2017.
 Improved NE region’s PB penetration in 2014 by 3ppts.
Senior Planning Manager – Private Brands, 2009 - 2014
Responsible for total private brand recap in sales and margin performance by Chanel. Developed recaps to track
daily sales, vendor rank by door and plans by door. Ensured plans by door were created and accurate through
collaboration with the merchant planning team. Simplified and built reports to support Private Brands.
Key Accomplishments:
 Part of the Top 150 Door Committee: Charged with building assortment and financials for Top 150 doors.
 Presented opportunity to grow Private Brands penetration in Dresses based on the stores total dress
performance in special sizes.
Planning Manager – Kids and Special Sizes, 2004-2009
Supported VP with data and analysis to draw conclusions about opportunities, liabilities and follow-up execution
that support corporate sales, margin and turnover objectives. Managed and evaluated vendor monthly results.
Worked with merchant teams to identify opportunities and ensure the maximization of new tools. Presented
minimum unit guidelines and standards for buyers to adhere to in buy meetings.
