Mr. Garcia has more than 35 years of experience in Roads and Airports Infrastructure under a variety of environments around the world. His experience includes; planning, feasibility, design, site supervision, construction, maintenance and performance of airports, low volume roads, urban roads, tunnels and highways. Most part of his experienced has been developed at the The Louis Berger Group Inc (USA) and Ministry of Transport and Communications (Peru). • As Soils, Materials and Pavement Engineer, Mr. Garcia has extensive technical and experience background in geotechnical investigations, drilling, laboratory tests, pavement design, pavement materials, field evaluation, nondestructive tes...
