1. MINIMAL TISSUE REACTION

Work done during my Master’s Degree and Doctorate Degree programs (Sept1992- July1995& Sept1998- July2002)
- Testing tumor maker in Gastric fluid following radio-immunoassay & the Lowry’s protein measurement method.
- Evaluation of Estrogenic Receptor (ER receptor) by gastric cancer cells following the ABC method and the two-steps
method.
- Selective inhibition effect of Toremifene on three proliferating human gastric cancer cells line (well differentiated
SGC-7901cell line; moderate differentiated MKN-28 cell line and anaplastic MKN-45 cell line) following the
sulforhodamine B (SRB) protein coloration method.
- Inoculation & treatment of human cancer SGC-7901, MKN-45 nude mice by Toremifene a 2nd
gen ant-estrogenic
drug
- Dosage of drug’s (Toremifene) concentration in the plasma and cancer tissue, using the HPLC method
(High Performance Liquid Chromatography).
- Clinic trial of chemo drug (on late stage gastric cancer patients who have signed an inform consent paper)
