FR Research works closely with clients to craft solutions by offering the following services:
LABOUR MARKET
RESEARCH
We specialise in public HRD policy development, sectoral analysis, labour
market studies, sector skills planning, skills audits, tracer studies, measuring skills
shortages, forecasting and educational research.
CONSULTANCY We offer high advisory support to strengthen institutional and individual capacities.
TRAINING COURSES We develop customised training interventions with a strong labour market analysis
and developmental orientation. Our training is learner-centred practitioner-led.
ADVISORY We offer high-level advisory services to governments on strengthening and
expanding their post-school education and training systems.
SKILLS
INTELLIGENCE
We assist Ministries of Education in developing skills intelligence systems to
determine national and regional skills storages. We make education and training
systems responsive to the demands of the labour market to support growth and
development.
