I am the overseer of all editorial and design components of the magazine. I supervise 2 editors (Poetry & 
Fiction) and an Editorial Manager. I also have a Social Media Advisor for larger video / audio, social media

• I scheduled poetry and prose reading events and provided assistance at writing conferences. 
As Graphic Designer & Editor at the University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center Research 
Communications Office, I designed all marketing materials and edited manuscripts and grant proposals. 
• I worked with a team of editors and designers to prepare and submit the National Cancer Institute 
Grant, which was approved in spring, 2013. 
• I designed poster and powerpoint presentations for the annual UK Markey Cancer Research 
Symposium. 
• I designed brochures, pamphlets, flyers, books, and newsletters for research related initiatives.
