Don’t most people have a battery charger or power bank?
 True but patrons must have the battery charger in their possession,
charged with the cable
 FACT is most do not plan the need to charge their smartphone battery
 Each RAPCharge is charged and ready to charge a smartphone or tablet

People will walk off with RAPCharge chargers or steal them?
 Most bars and restaurants have no issues asking for a driver’s license or
credit card to hold while the RAPCharge charger is being used
 The RAPCharge charger has no use outside of the establishment since the
charging station is required to charge the RAPCharge charger. The
RAPCharge charger has proprietary charging/connector and can not be
charged by any other means
 To date, <1% replacement rate for lost or stolen RAPCharge chargers

11. Revenue/Demand Model
Usage Model
 Patrons needing to charge portable devices
 Rental of the RAPCharge charger on a per charge basis (usually $3-$10)
 RAPCharge charger rental is charged to same open tab that is established by the guest
 RAPCharge charger deposit is $40 (or whatever establishment desires) by credit card
authorization or cash
 Patron returns RAPCharge charger and only the rental fee is charged to credit card or
cash and remaining deposit is returned
 If patron does not return RAPCharge charger, then the full $40 deposit will be charged to
credit card or cash will be applied to deposit

 Sports bars are anticipated to need 2 or 3 of the RAPCharge units
 Many requests to bar/restaurant staff daily to charge smart phone
 Staff does not want the hassle or responsibility
 Patron will ask several times to see phone to check it while charging
