2. Manufacturing program
Special mixers
We manufacture and repair all kinds of screws for the proper transformation of plastics, thermoplas-
tics, rubber, silicones, etc. Likewise, we repair the above materials by preserving the exact charac-
teristics and dimensions of its original parts.
Normalized market dimensions from Ø12 to Ø350, and steel constructions (F174, DIN 18550), tem-
pered steel at 90/100 kg mm2
, stabilized to 570˚C/600˚C, and subsequent surface treatment by
means of gas nitrating, with HV-1000/1500 hardness and a layer thickness of 500/700 microns, sur-
face finishes by grinding and rubbing the surface, with tolerances from 0.01 to 0.02 mm.
What do we do
Gas nitrating
We manufacture screws and barrels lined with a Bimetallic lining in different abrasion-proof com-
pounds. These compounds have an extended wear life against materials with heavy workloads,
such as fiberglass, calcium carbonate, talc, fluorinated products, etc.

3. Screws for extrusion and injection
of plastic materials
Here are the most used screws profiles for
transformation of plastic materials, rubber, si-
licones, etc.

Our manufactures also include auxiliary parts
such as 3 piece screw tips, nozzle holder
valves, direct injection nozzles and valve no-
zzles, mixers, ball valve tips and valves with
multiple unloading outlets, tips for injection of
rigid PVC, etc.
