This document discusses trends in IT services and datacenter management. It notes that 70% of Italian companies have undertaken IT reorganization projects in the last 12 months and 60% have created new innovation structures. Cloud adoption is increasing and will involve 50% of digital initiatives. This is driving demand for new technology skills. Datacenter managers are facing pressures to improve services while optimizing costs, energy use, and security. The cloud is now prevalent in various forms and eras of "diversified IT" and changes to how infrastructure is distributed across internal, service provider and public datacenters.
