General Terms & Conditions
1. Due to limited sponsorship opportunities, sponsors shall be allocated on a first come first
serve basis.
2. All payments for sponsorship bookings are to be made in advance.
3. All transactions are subject to Haryana jurisdiction.
4. All requirements shall be made known seven days prior to the event. All additions shall be
charged appropriately.
5. Bromide of Company’s Logo & complete Name of the Company with style will be required
for acknowledging through Backdrops, Banners, brochures, stationary, Invitation cards &
other promotional material.
6. IIHA will not be responsible if the sponsor will make any delay on providing above said
material for printing.
7. Limited seats will be provided as per availability.
8. After confirmation of sponsorship the agreed 100% amount to be released within seven
working days. No cancelation or refund will be made after the confirmation.
