17. For a score of 0-40
Start communicating with the intention of
understanding the other person, and simultaneously
making the other person understand. Communicate
without any prejudice, the tone of your voice should
be low and soft and improve on your vocabulary.
Please remember every individual has different IQ
levels therefore speak according to their
understanding and not yours. All the Best.

18. For a score of 45-85
Your Communication skills are good and you
understand the importance of perfect communication.
Nonetheless, you further need to work on your
communicative ability, as you tend to communicate
effectively only with people who think are important for
you. Communication travels across boundaries hence
you need to be enduring and focus on the person you
are communicating with and kindly don’t label him as
important and unimportant. Also, work on your listening
skills, as at time you tend to get carried away and
enter into a monologue.
