Our future employes need to be able to communicate and understand many different aspects of the tasks. Univerities are essential in giving them the power to understand other disciplines than their own. Engineers vs architects is a long lasting example from my business. Today we see productivity engineers going head to head with sustainability persons. Use of less materials cost in man hours. Our values will be the basis of decision for us. We also see that people develop during the coarse of a carreer. The can start vertical and become horisontal, or the other way around.
