SQA activities within the simultaneous engineering teams and at suppliers as part of the
industrialisation process (NPI - APQP & PPAP)
Proactive & reactive Supplier Development activities, impacting on supplier process yield, continuity
of supply and product quality. Hands-on experience of Lean Manufacturing.

2. Interior Trim Planner
Evaluate new products, bespoke features and change requests.
Assess feasibility to manufacture, providing suggestions to do so and ensuring incorporation into
design concept, ensuring engineered part can be made and to the optimum quality, cost and meet
legal requirements Based on released Design/CAD, develop the detailed timing plan, process, and
costs
Ensure legal requirements are met and recorded.
Validate production or bespoke process through capability studies, defining key characteristics for fit
form and function.
Ensure process times are incorporated into headcount planning, evaluate efficiency savings to
continuously improve costs and achieve targets.
Educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering discipline

Structural Planner
We are looking for an experience planner, with Extensive knowledge of facilities
management/maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
This person will be getting involved in all aspects of structural changes to the site, which may include
activities ranging from building and extending parts of the facility, relocating teams around the plant,
incorporating new equipment into the existing line, or even sourcing and arranging tentage for
storing additional vehicles when necessary.
Strong demonstrable experience in facilities management, good knowledge of how town planning,
H&S policies, Building regulations, and other legislation will impact plans, and how to negotiate
these effectively, from the outset.

Change Management control.
Robust processes defined and actioned through an FMEA approach.
Definition of process through standardised work instruction.

controlled future maintenance.
