Control Center allows operators to easily use icons
representing cameras, sequences and salvos to display
video on PC or analogue monitors. View a variety of
standard definition and HD video formats seamlessly

camera views across 4 monitors.
Simple management of maps
Maps are a key part of assessing a situation and getting
to video quickly. Manage both video and alarms from the

Flexible privacy zones

Events from a wide range of sources such as alarm
sensors, equipment faults, video analytics and third party
systems, all consolidated and managed at the point
where the video is viewed. An IndigoVision system can
manage thousands of event inputs from multiple sites.
Video verification reduces false alarm rates and provides
compelling evidence.
Event handling
Group events in to zones based on type or location. Use
logic to qualify data and filter false alerts. Configure alarms
by zone and distribute responsibility for handling to the
appropriate personnel. Prioritise and escalate alarms to
ensure a timely response.
Flexible scheduling
Schedule the times when events will trigger alarms and
when they won’t. Flexible time schedules enable you to
customise exactly when and how you want the system to
be ‘armed’. Set and unset zones for those times that are an
exception, thus reducing unwanted alarms.
Simple and powerful automated actions
Automate response to events and alarms. Move cameras
to preset positions without operator intervention for faster
response; send e-mails to communicate the situation
to everyone that needs to know; drive relay outputs to

exported data in IndigoVision’s Incident Player or standard media players

Thumbnail images can be based on time, analytics, alarms, bookmarks,
motion or audio. Dynamically change thumbnails as video timeline is
scrolled or zoomed. Once an event is identified simply start playback
from that point.
Redundancy and automatic failover
Easily set up failover NVRs to provide system redundancy. Design for
your required level of redundancy with mirroring or failover configurations.
Failover NVRs will take over in the event of a failure without the need
for a central server to manage. Flexible, powerful and cost-effective
redundancy management.
Exceptionally efficient storage
IndigoVision’s unique Activity Controlled Framerate (ACF) drastically
reduces bandwidth and storage during scene inactivity. Cameras
constantly monitor the scene and when there is no motion the frame rate
is reduced. On detecting motion the framerate jumps instantaneously
back to real time video, ensuring no loss of evidence. Perfect for low
activity cameras such as stairwells, parking lots, etc.

All Standard Definition and HD Fixed Cameras are
supplied with lenses, with a choice of wide-angle,
standard or telephoto. They include IndigoVision’s class-
leading compression, and guarantee never to drop
a frame. Options include: day or day/night sensor, full
duplex audio support and built-in advanced analytics.

14. Network Video Recorders
NVR-AS 3000 series
The NVR-AS 3000 series provides a powerful and integrated
recording and playback system for video, audio and data from
Cameras and Transmitters. All models provide simultaneous
playback of up to 20 cameras, while recording up to 64 camera
streams at full frame rate, with extremely low power consumption
and heat dissipation.
NVR-AS 3000 Raid Array
Several models are available with different storage capacities up to
8 TB from either integrated fixed disks or hot-swappable removable
drives. All the NVRs use the latest hard drive technology, with
disks that have been developed for continuous video surveillance
recording.
NVRs are managed and configured via Control Center. Video can
be played back to PCs and analogue monitors. All NVRs come with
provision for fully redundant power supplies and with fully redundant
Gigabit Ethernet connections as standard. They can be located at An easy to fit, lockable front panel provides
any point on a network allowing recording and playback across physical security for hard disk drives
multiple sites regardless of location. The Raid Array series offers
RAID0, RAID1 or RAID5 resilience.
Compact NVR-AS 3000
The Compact NVR-AS is a smaller footprint, single removable disk
network recorder, suitable for installations such as retail or bank
outlets. It supports full frame recording of up to 64 cameras and

Windows NVR-AS
IndigoVision’s Windows NVR-AS product runs as a service on
Windows Server. This allows support for very large storage systems.
The Windows NVR-AS also supports full frame rate recording of
up to 200 cameras with simultaneous playback of up to 25 video

15. Migrate to IP
Transmitters and Receivers
IndigoVision’s range of Transmitter and Receiver modules
have class-leading H.264 or MPEG-4 compression
technology built in.
In addition to the range of IndigoVision IP Cameras, the Standalone Unit
range of Transmitters and Receivers allow traditional
analogue CCTV cameras and video monitors to be
integrated into an IndigoVision solution and guarantee
full frame rate (25/30 fps) video at any resolution or bit
rate.
The standalone unit is available as either a Transmitter 4 - Channel Rack
only or as a Transmitter/Receiver and supports Power
over Ethernet. The multi-channel Racks can take any
combination of Receiver or Transmitter cards. Rack
options include: 4 or 10 channel chassis, redundant
network connection, redundant power connection and
a vibration proof mount for transport applications. Each
Transmitter and Receiver has inputs and outputs for full
duplex audio, binary I/O for alarm and relay integration
and serial interfaces for PTZ control. 10 - Channel Rack
Alarm Panel
IndigoVision’s Alarm Panel connects to the network
and provides 32 opto-isolated binary inputs and 8 relay
outputs. Positive and/or negative edge triggered inputs
can generate events on the IP network which can be
used by Control Center to display video from specific
cameras, move cameras to preset PTZ positions,
activate binary outputs, etc. Outputs can be activated
remotely over the IP network.
Surveillance Keyboard
IndigoVision’s Surveillance Keyboard connects to a PC
running Control Center and allows operators to control
cameras anywhere on the IP network. The Control
Center Virtual Matrix provides dome protocol translation,
which also allows the Surveillance Keyboard to control
third party PTZ cameras including Pelco, Panasonic
and Philips-Bosch.
