2. WHAT IS
INTELLIGENCE ??Intelligence is the ability to learn
about, to learn from, to understand
about ,and interact with one’s
environment.
Intelligence is the faculty of
understanding
Intelligence is not to make no
mistakes but quickly to understand
3. WHAT IS
ARTIFICIAL
INTELLIGENCE??
1.The study of computer systems that attempt to model and apply the
intelligence of the human mind.
2.A branch of computer Science dealing with the simulation of
intelligent behaviour in computers
3.The capability of a machine to imitate intelligent human behaviour…
4. HISTORY OF ARTIFICIAL
INTELLIGENCE !
The History of Artificial Intelligence (AI) began in antiquity, with myths,
stories and rumors of artificial beings endowed with intelligence or
consciousness by master craftsmen. The seeds of modern AI were planted
by classical philosophers who attempted to describe the process of human
thinking as the mechanical manipulation of symbols. This work culminated
in the invention of the programmable digital computer in the 1940s, a
machine based on the abstract essence of mathematical reasoning. This
device and the ideas behind it inspired a handful of scientists to begin
seriously discussing the possibility of building an electronic brain.
Investment and interest in AI boomed in the first decades of the 21st
century, when machine learning was successfully applied to many problems
in academia and industry due to new methods, the application of powerful

6. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN
ROBOTICSWhat do you call a machine that looks like a human and can
even act like a human in certain situations? If you guessed
Robot, you are correct!!! And Robotics is a field that deals
with the creation and designing of these mechanical
humans. And Robotics these days is not only re
Nowadays, robots are becoming ‘smarter’ and more
efficient with the help of computer science. So, Artificial
Intelligence has played a very major role not only in
increasing the comforts of humans but also by increasing
industrial productivity which includes the quantitative as
well as qualitative production and cost-efficiency. This
article gives a short insight regarding the importance of
Artificial Intelligence stricted to the mechanical and
7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ( AI ) IN
HEALTHCARE IS THE USE
Algorithms and software to emulate human cognition in the
analysis of complicated medical data. Specifically, AI is the ability
of computer algorithms to approximate conclusions without direct
human input.
What distinguishes AI technology from traditional technologies in
health care is the ability to gain information, process it and give a
well-defined output to the end-user. AI does this through
machine learning algorithms . These algorithms can recognize
patterns in behavior and create their own logic. In order to reduce
the margin of error, AI algorithms need to be tested repeatedly. AI
algorithms behave differently from humans in two ways:
(1)algorithms are literal: if you set a goal, the algorithm can't
adjust itself and only understand what it has been told
explicitly,
and algorithms are black boxes ; algorithms can predict extremely

important in the near future.
Self Driving Cars.
Improved Medical Care Treatment.

Etc.
9. CONCLUSIONFinally we can say that the Artificial Intelligence (AI)
is the intelligence of machines and the branch of
computer that aims to create it. A.I textbooks define
the field as “The Study and Design Of Intelligent
Agents” Where an intelligent agent is a system that
perceives it’s environment and takes action that
maximize the chances of it’s success.John McCarthy
,who coined the tgerm in 1955,defines it as “The
Science and Engineering Of Making Intelligent
Machines”
