The Product Manager requires help unpacking requirements for the platform and how trade finance products will integrate. This includes documenting stakeholders, conducting an impact assessment, creating a high-level design including a diagram of components, and basic mockups to communicate the user experience vision.

The Vodacom Financial Services Business lending team has recently presented its strategy to the Vodacom board and obtained agreement and sign-off on a few
key products/priorities. This includes but is not limited to:
- A Unified Merchant lending platform (see diagram on next page)
- Merchant trade finance products
- Orchestration between providers
- Product Support
The Product Manager/Business Owner does not have the capacity to build partnerships, value propositions and focus on delivery.
She/He has asked for your help to unpack the requirements as it pertains to the platform and how the trade finance products will exist within the lending
platform ecosystem.
Requirement:
1. Provide your methodology on how you’d go about designing the solution (End-2-End)
2. Identify and document all the stakeholders to make this solution a success
3. Provide a high-level impact assessment
4. Create and document a high-level BRS (including a high-level diagram) with all it’s various components
• There might be gaps in the diagram on the next page - feel free to reuse, update or create a new diagram
• Document assumptions made in your requirements and designs
• Indicate all the required fields, components and data-points you deem necessary for the solution
5. Provide basic mock-ups of the solution to give stakeholders a view of your user experience vision
