With so many orders falling in daily a huge amount of manual effort had to be put just to maintain consistency in the data across the several applications they were using – Magento , SAP etc.
Pricing of products change every day and they needed to be updated in Magento.
Inventory value was changing every minute and needed to updated in Magento.
Slightest of delay in order processing or delay in sharing update could result in a loss of reputation and decrease chance of future sells with that customer.
APPSeCONNECT solved these challenges by enabling real-time exchange of all the data between Magento and SAP.
Their order processing cycle itself became faster 60% contributing hugely to the increase level of customer satisfaction.

APPSeCONNECT helped them streamline their business processes by enabling a connection between their SAP and Magento.
Richardson cap had their Magento enabled with some extensive B2B features like :
Separate accounts for Sales Reps, Dealer Accounts, Contact persons as well as standard end customers.
They had different Pricelists or pricing rules set up for each dealer in their SAP ERP.
Warehouse wise stock maintained in Magento updated in real time.
Orders were to be placed with standard items as well as assemble-to-order items. Distributors/end users could put custom emblems on headwears using the online configurator. All the orders placed had to flow into SAP with the custom design.
In case of items that were not in stock we had to sync the next arrival date from Available to Promise report of SAP.
7,500 active SKUs were required to be listed in Magento and kept updated with their style, color and size details.
