In 21st century and even 67 years after independence INDIAN WOMEN facing spiritual, political, social, educational, gender & economic backwardness, Women Empowerment is a serious problem daring one and all today Challenges Why This Challenges  Illiteracy A. Considered as liability(poor social mentality  Unemployment Dowry  Social acceptance No return on expenses done on education  Considered as weak gender Considered only fit for house work  Safety B. Considered as weaker sex  Stereotype thinking Man dominated society  Lack of self awareness Lack of mental & physical strength  Health Social restriction C. Leniency In Implementing govt laws Corruption in police and judiciary Delay in justice Very poor penalty rate Very poor representation of govt bodies
