Planning commission.
By this around 30-35% pending cases could be easily resolved with use of Information
technology.
VISION:

Implementation of Solution
Ideas Reasons
Lawyer’s
must be
reasonable.
The bar
council should
control the fee so
that the poor can
also appeal for
fair justice.
Scholarship
For Law
Students.
Interest for
Youngsters to
take up lawyer
as career.
Awareness. Awaking from
school hood.
Ideas Reasons
Proper
allocation of
resources.
Resources
must be
adequate
enough.
Proper
utilization of
allocated
resources.
Government
grants must be
utilized for
particular
purpose.
Mobilization
of funds.
A certain
amount of
money should
be spent by the
lawyers to the
govt.
Ideas Reasons
Efficient
courts.
The sub-
courts should
be efficient to
take the basic
decisions.
Chances . Opportunity
given to the
public should
be relatively
elastic.
Allotment of
cases.
Petty cases
in sub-courts
and criminal
to the high
court.
Impact of the solution
COURT
• The government should open more national law
universities to increase number of lawyers.
• Number of judges can be increased so that the
youngsters can get experience.
Increase in professionals
• The governments should start new courts for
speedy and fair judgment.
• The classified cases should be taken in that
particular court so that the judgment is proper and
number of pending cases is reduced.
Planning
• Due to pension scheme the lawyers family will be
benefited in his post retirement period.
• The government grants will be effective in giving
the people the fair justice.
Financial support
Constitution is a living document, an instrument which makes the government
system work.
As per the eyes of court, the laws are passed before many years and the same laws
are been utilized even today.
At parliament, new acts are passed so that the same issues doesn’t repeat and also
this might be a lesson for a common people.
Vision of law:
 Like Supreme Court and Election Commission, they will be completely
independent of the governments. No minister or bureaucrat will be able to
influence their investigations
GOVERNMENT :-
 Government should understand the current status of our country and plan according to empower in
the lacking areas.
 The present laws can have slight changes through which, the rules can be followed to its level best,
according to the situation or the status of the play.
Here we can compare the government and court as a BABY IN A WOMB by taking care of its
womb.
Approximately only 4% of planning is done, for the improvement of the courts to give a speedy and
fair JUSTICE to all citizens.
 An equal rights has to be given to all the citizens by avoiding
such inequality in JUDICIARY.
The picture speaks, how POOR is the economy and the
decisions taken by the government.
By stopping the corruption, the LOKPALBILL i.e.,
“BILL PASSED BY ANNA HAZARE” can be proved TRUE.
Because it is said by the public that the “government is
corrupted” more day by day.
CHALLENGES AND MITIGATION
PUBLIC:-
 Proper cooperation must be given by the public to government. So ,
that the government and the public have mutual understanding and work
together for the development of the nation.
The youngsters must also be given chance to enter into the politics
with the support of higher officials.
They must be given knowledge in a wider manner to present in their
own views.
The Education system has to be changed right from the schooling level.
TODAYS YOUNGSTERSS ARE THE FUTURE OF THE COUNTRY.
 Today's current bonding between the PUBLIC and the GOVERNMENT is POOR
and this has to be fixed to be a STRONGEST one.
 COURT:-
Plays a vital role in the economy of the country.
Court must be given freedom to take judgment according to the law
and
that must not depend on any politics or any who ever it is concerned .
Only the bill for any new law to be implemented must have got the
approval from the parliament.
Court is meant for JUSTICE not a place of market for MAKING
MONEY(corruption).
Public and government
OUR VISION:
 Cases against corrupt people should not linger on for years anymore:
Investigations in any case should have to be completed in one year. Trial should be
completed in next one year so that the corrupt politician, officer or judge is sent to
jail within two years.
Weak and corrupt people are appointed as heads of these institutions by the
government.
Judicial decisions are binding – decisions of
the highest court can generally only be
overturned by that same court or through
legislation
