2. PROBLEM STATEMENT
• SCOPE OF THE BROAD PROBLEM:
1. In many states across India, children have just moved into a new class. The
excitement of a new school year is still in the air.
2. But how much can we expect that they’ll actually learn?. The estimates from
the oft quoted Annual Status of Education Report (ASER) 2012 suggest that of
all rural children enrolled in standard five, only half can fluently read text from a
standard two textbook. In arithmetic, only half of all standard five children can
do a basic two-digit subtraction problem with the arithmetic operation of
borrowing—a skill that is expected in standard two.
3. In some schools good food is also not being provided in the scheme of mid day
meals. And sufficient teachers are also not being provided in the schools.
3. CAUSES OF THE PROBLEM
• The main cause of the problem is from the point of not executing the
schemes proposed by the governments in the schools.
• This type of problem is mainly seen in villages.
• As there is an increase in the private schools ,People are showing interest
to join their child in the private schools.
• Why because the lack of executing the schemes in the government schools.
• Lack of having teachers in the government schools.
• Some people are sending their children to private schools even they are
not having enough money with them.Because they didn’t find good
atmosphere and growth of their child career in the government schools
because of lack of execution of schemes.
4. Reasons for selecting a specific cause
• There are some reasons behind selecting the specific cause.
• Primary education plays a primary role in every child education career.
• In India in some places such as chattisgarh ,some child even don’t know how to
read and write.as it is also an illetrate state. In the sense of comparing to literacy
percentage.
• As books are also not being provided in some govt. schools and teachers also
wont attend to the school or teachers are not being selected for those schools I
think so.
• Some parents are illiterate and they want to make their child literate by joining
them in these schools where minimum facilities are not provided and they don’t
know what their child is studying in the school as they are illeterates.
• Some governments are not motivating on behalf of education in the
villages.regarding primary education and secondary education too.
5. Proposed solution
• First government should have to take precautions in a way of challenging the
private educational institution.
• The government should take seviour action for the managements of the
government schools which are not using the funds in a correct way.
• As the private schools are making their schools as techno schools by introducing
the technology in their institutions.Likewise government should also take some
important steps to make techno-schools by introducing technology in the schools.
• They should get count of every penny they are using for the purpose of
economically backward and about the children of not having good primary
education from the particular schools.
• They should limit the private schools for every city in a state and they should
check whether the faculty is explaining the lessons to the students conceptually
or not . Basics are needed in the primary education which plays a key role in a
child education career.
6. Implementation of the solution
• The government should take care of money and how it is being spent
for particular cause.
• Without misleading of money government schools wont get become
down.so how these all money is going waste should be recognized.
• Before giving recognition to a particular school in private sector it
should see whether play ground and transportation facility is there
are not.if they don’t have they should cancel the recognition
7. Impact of the solution
• Definitely there will be a good impact of the above solution.
• But care should be taken in every step whether it is mid day
meals, books and teachers by the government.
• Per year there will be an increasing percentage in the literacy
percentage in our country.
8. Challenges and Mitigation Factors
• Deifinitely it is a challenging factor regarding the political and media
system.
• Political parties should stand on one word as a common agenda not
for a particular period but for all the time.If they really want the
development in the primary education system.
• There will be no use if they do for the profit of the political purpose .
They should take steps on behalf of goodness of country.
9. Challenges and Mitigation Factors
• Legally the high court or supreme court should have to pass an order
that will be useful for the child having particular primary education.
• If the thoughts of the government is not implemented correctly then
some legal actions should be taken strictly to make the correction in
this particular aspect.
