Engaging current audience We asked people who liked our Facebook page or follow on Twitter to post up images of their own metaphor of redemption on Instagram using the hashtag #FallingPlates. Wasn’t engaged a ton, but has potential. Discovering new people Instagram proved to be more valuable in finding people already talking about #FP. We were able to thank them and encourage them to share more. This kid publicly professed to starting to follow Jesus on Instagram. The new “walking the aisle”? Someone posted this up that they saw it in a Staples office supply store. We would have never known this or been able to engage user if we weren’t watching and listening to this channel.
