ITA manages apprenticeship and certifies skilled trades people in BC. Mission To lead BC’s industry skills training and certification system through collaboration and innovation. Description ITA works with employers, employees, industry, labour, training providers and government to manage credentials, apprenticeships, and standards, and increase opportunities in the trades. ITA is a provincial crown agency, established in 2004.
