would like to see your
department and team
members.
Share your vision with
others, inspire and
challenge them to make
that vision come true.

Have one-on-one time
with your team
members. Set up a goal
plan on what they would
like to see themselves
achieve, what you want

how they will get there.

respect for others.
Respect can go a long
way in bringing

team members is not
effective leadership. The
result is usually poor
productivity and lowered
