Background: It’s how the narrator sees the old man when looks to his eyes
THEPOLICEOFFICERS
Physical Characteristics: Just three regular police officers.
Psychological Characteristics: Animated and inattentives
Background: They came to investigate a report of a strange
scream in the old man’s house.

from their fatigues, while I myself, in the wild audacity of my perfect
triumph, placed my own seat upon the very spot beneath which reposed
the corpse of the victim.
