Ipsos MORI held a fringe event at the Conservative Party conference, which aimed to move beyond the Westminster village to consider how the average person sees the political parties and the state of Britain today. The fringe event focused on the Conservative Party's standing in the public mind and whether it can increase its share of the vote at the next election beyond its 2010 result of 37%.
