This document summarizes the results of a survey on housing market confidence in the UK. It finds that 44% of respondents believe UK property prices will be higher in 12 months, compared to 30% who believe they will be lower. Selling sentiment is also positive, with 52% saying it is a good time to sell. The biggest perceived barriers to buying a property are raising a large enough deposit, job security, and rising property prices.
