Irena started her career 15 years ago at only nineteen in the Ministry of Defence and the Cabinet of the President of Macedonia while pursuing Law studies. After winning her Master degree she entered the business sector and for 8 years was engaged at C-level positions in regional technology, software and financial corporations before launching her own business. Three years ago Chaushevska founded the first Accelerator in the country and became one of the initiators and drivers of the Macedonian startup community.
