This document describes different types of bullying, including verbal bullying involving name-calling and threats, physical bullying involving hitting or stealing, stalking or intimidation, social bullying where someone is intentionally excluded or ignored, cyberbullying occurring online or through technology, and bullying targeting someone's sexual orientation. It stresses the importance of practicing anti-bulse values and creating campaigns against abuse, especially in schools where bullying rates are highest.
