用戶體驗設計的關鍵在理解用戶/顧客需求的本質，才能真正地解決他們的問題。但常見的謬誤不外乎定義了用戶體驗或需求的偽命題；或是沒有真正地同理，並且實際去了解用戶的場景。惟有從用戶的場景與脈絡去思考，從而發現用戶在場景當下的動機與目的，才能洞察本質的問題，然後定義需求、設定產品目標，最終實現，讓產品落地。 從需求到產品落地的這份簡報，透過實際產品案例來解析，如何經由質性用戶調研發現用戶需求，並且定義產品目標；在團隊有限的資源，又如何排序需求的優先級。接著把需求轉化為產品交互設計，從概念到流程規劃、資訊架構設計、介面設計、體驗閉環、首次體驗；以及原型設計、使用性測試；最後到視覺與動效設計，檢視產品落地成果。適合初入軟體或互聯網行業的用戶介面設計以及產品設計師、產品經理閱讀與理解。 Find me at...
