Sr.
• Born on November 5, 1883 in San
Miguel de Mayumo, Bulacan.
• Son of a musically inclined couple.
• Fornato Buencamino was a
church organist and band
master.
• Luisa Beltran a noted
singer.

3. • Studied music composition and
harmony at Liceo de Manila.
Unfortunately, he was not able to
finish as he became interested in the
zarzuelas
• In the early 1900s, he taught music at
the Ateneo de Manila and at Centro
Escolar de Señoritas whose
conservatory of music he founded.
• Since his parents are musicians, he
adapted their passion in music

4. •He ventured into musical
direction and scoring
composing film music for
Sampaguita, Pictures , LVN,
and Excelsior
• 1930 created Buencamino Music
